This falls is actually 2 falls side by side which is fairly uncommon. Its a Cascade on the left (east) side and a Ribbon and the right(west) side. This is a small falls and in the summer the right side becomes a trickle but the left side remains relativle the same. Where this shot was taken is about the best shot you can get and about as close as you can get due to this site being on private property and being in a highly visible area. To access this falls follow the directions to Cliff View falls, from here head to the edge of the escarpment and decend the stairs. At the base of the stairs turn left and walk to the gate and you'll see the falls( note at about the half way point on the stairs you should be able to hear the falls) |
