Teachers Page Notes about contents Although many lessons contain accompanying Powerpoint OHP�s this task got too large and we have had to give references to hand drawn OHP�s (especially in early lessons). The textbook referred to in such cases is �Essential Cell Biology� by Alberts et al (ISBN 0-8153-2971-7). The original book in no longer published but version 2 is now available. The best place to order this book from is �Kelvin Books� in Glasgow. This year each student were bought a pack of OHP pens and acetates. In lessons with lots of hand drawn OHP�s each student was given the task of producing one or two. The results were impressive! Although lessons are intended to match real time they may be out e.g. lesson 15 is big, lesson 16 is small and lesson 19 is massive and may take you three periods. We can only suggest looking ahead a bit and doing a bit of planning. The Rasmol programme is excellent. Students should open the executive programme and then either drag and drop their files or browse for them. It is possible to zoom in and out by holding down the �Shift� key , left hand button of your mouse and moving your mouse back and forward.
