Oxnard is a timid yet loyal hamster who lives with Kana (An artist) and her family next door to Laura and Hamtaro�s family. He is shy and is often the last to speak up, but Hamtaro helps him out with that from time to time. He loves food especially sunflower seeds, except for one that he never eats and always keeps with him that was the first seed Kana ever gave him and keeps it as a reminder of that day.
He has a �head over heels� crush on Pepper who lives with Kana�s cousin Dylan (a farmer) and in turn feels the same about him. He�s also very strong and while he's often the most cautious of the hams, he�s almost always up to a new challenge.
