Antimatter Mines
Explosive charges used as proximity bombs. Used widely in spaceborne warfare to create minefields. Each charge delivers a fatal blow, carrying a moderately sized antimatter charge.
Not exclusively a Federation weapon.
Antimatter mines were used in 2369 by the Enterprise-D to threaten a Cardassian fleet hiding in a nebula (see TNG episode "Chain of Command Part II").
