REGISTRATION FOR THE 2009-2010 SEASON

All Boys and Girls ages 5 – 17 are welcome to participate. Playing status is determined by age on December 31, 2009. Registrants must present:

v  Proof of Age and Proof of Hamden Residency

v  $100 Registration Fee Boys Ages 7 –17

v  $100 Registration Fee Girls Ages 7 – 17 

v  $75 Registration Fee Boys/Girls 5-6 Clinic
