10FEB2006  SORRY FOR THE BIG GAP IN THE CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE.   MY EDITING PROGRAM WAS OUT OF SERVICE.     HERE WE SEE THE MAIN WING AND THE FUSELAGE  WHICH ARE BOTH PRETTY WELL COMPLETE.  Const006.jpg (85798 bytes) LAMINATING THE TRAILING EDGE OF THE RUDDER.    LOTS OF PINS HOLDING THE BALSA STRIPS AROUND THE PLYWOOD FORMER.
THE MID SECTION OF THE LOWER WING.   I CHOSE TO MAKE THE LOWER WING IN THREE SECTIONS WITH THE MIDDLE SECTION PERMANENTLY ANOTHER VIEW OF THE GLUING OF THE FIRST FOUR CROSS PIECES IN THE FUSE.
JOINING THE TWO SIDES OF THE FUSELAGE TOGETHER. LOTS OF PROPS AND AIDS TO KEEP THE SIDES PLUMB AND SQUARE. 07 DEC 05 CONSTRUCTION HAS STARTED WITH THE FUSELAGE.
TOP AND BOTTOM WING PLANS . . ABOUT READY TO START CUTTING WOOD. THIS IS MY PLAN. . . DRAWN ON AUTOCAD. . SIDE AND TOP VIEWS FOR THE FUSELAGE.
MY PLANS ARE BASED ON SOME DRAWINGS THAT I FOUND ON THE INTERNET. ON MY MODEL THE MAIN WING WILL HAVE A SPAN OF 77 INCHES. THE LENGTH WILL BE 55 INCHES.   I  HAVE A TARGET WEIGHT OF 128 OUNCES OR 8 POUNDS.
