It was getting close to the Holiday Season and we needed to make some quick and easy holiday gifts. What better gift than a homemade bird feeder. At least the birds will be happy! We wanted a simple hopper style feeder with a sleek and simple profile. We've been using our feeder for a couple winters and it is holding up very well. |

Here is a finished bird feeder all filled up and ready for business. The top just lifts up for filling. We used cedar wood and waterproof glue to assemble the feeders. The feeders are left unfinished so they won't taint the bird food in the hopper. |
| We kept a feeder for ourselves and this is what they'll look like after a couple winters out. Ours is holding up very well to old Mother Nature with no problems yet. | |
