Features include:
- Made of Clear 5/4 inch (finished wood thickness = 1 inch) Western
Red Cedar. Wood with a one inch finished thickness is perfect for outdoor
furniture, making the Cedar Adirondack Chair sturdy but not too bulky.
Chairs can be made using other wood choices.
- Simple design for strength and comfort. These chairs are styled to
have clean lines, a traditional flat back, and comfortable contoured
seat.
- Wide arm rests and seat back wood. You won't find many manufactures
of Adirondack style chairs using wide pieces of premium wood.
- Constructed with brass screws and waterproof glues. We use only the
best glues and fasteners for our chairs. These chairs are built to last.
- No visible screw heads. We plug every screw head with a western red
cedar wood-plug cut from the same wood that made the chair and aligned
with the grain of the wood around the screw hole. Plugs often go unnoticed.
The Cedar Adirondack Chair can be purchased either unfinished, or finished
to order. Unfinished cedar chairs will turn gray over time when exposed
to the elements, but they require very little maintenance. A finished
chair will retain a fresh, or stained, look for a longer period of time,
but will require periodic maintenance. |
