In 1848 Margaret and Kate Fox contacted a spirit and cought a lot of peoples attention. This started the begining of modern Spiritualism. Down the road different methods of contacting spirits were developed. Then fianlly came the Ouija Board in 1886. Ouija is pronounced
(Wee-ja). To use the Ouija Board you need to have 2 people. Some say that you can use the Ouija Board alone. With certain boards and certain people it is possible to use a Ouija Board by yourself. Doing so is very dangerous. If you make contact with a spirit by yourself the spirit can very well have the ability to manipulate you and make your life a living hell. Basically, never use a Ouija Board by yourself. The best time to use a Ouija Board is at night. It is always best for a male and female to use the board together. You usually have the best results that way. You can either have the board placed upon the knees of the two persons or on a table. Place the Planchette on the board and lightly place your fingers on top of the Planchette. Pressing to hard will not allow the Planchette to move. You need to have a possitive attitude when using the Ouija Board. Do not laugh or joke and only ask questions one at a time. Keep calm while using the board and concentrate on all questions. Be warned, it is advised to never try to contact any spirit of the evil nature. You could very well regret it.
It is advised to have an extra person present to act as a scribe. You can also video tape or tape record your sesions. If a spirit is making you feel uncomfortable just tell it in a clear strong voice to leave. A lot of spirits like to play games. Just remember, make sure that you and the other person using the board are in good spirits. Don't play games and keep it seriouse. |
