GBS at the TLA
Philly 2004
I picked up stuff for my Street Team people from Dean after the show and minded the stuff wheile he went back to get the rest. When he had finished packing up, he closed the van door, looked at me and said Oh f*&@! he had left the keys in the van once again. Luckily for him, the front passenger door was unlocked. We bade him goodbye and went back to the car.

When we get back to the van, Vic says to me, Alan sends his regards. This man has the best luck meeting people, Ill tell you! Vic had worn his Republic of Newfoundland shirt. When he went to get the car because I could hardly move at this point, he ran into Alan. The bus was parked right next to where Vic had parked the car. Alan said Hey brother! and Vic thanked him for the show. See you in Newfoundland soon? Alan inquired. Vic answered in the affirmative and Alan left. * sigh * Two more weeks but well miss the bys. Oh well. Ill have a ball anyway. One of these times Ill get to see them on their own turf.

The ride home was late but uneventful until we got back to the house. Whitney was going to drive back to Annapolis but her car wouldnt start so we had our first futon guest.

The BBQ they next day was fun and I gave Kestrel and her family a bodhran lesson. Nansea stopped by with seashore gifts for my class who only live 1 hours away from the Shore but have never been there. Whitney got her car fixed by the local mechanic and she and Elbee arrived home safely. OKP fans are the best! Heres to NYC!
Then we got Rant and Roar and the last introductions.
