GBS in Rochester 2004
I'm A Rover was dedicated "to the ladies of the house, the dames, the girls, the damsels, the lassies . He told us about looking at the face of Elmo at the Church venue in Millvale. I swear to God, I mean Elmo. Honest to Elmo.

Here's Alan, swearing to Elmo.
Chris walked out a bit late after the intro to Sea of No Cares.

Alan said, Chris is here to sing one of our favorite songs in the whole world. We invited Chris up to write some songs for the last album. After hed had a couple of afternoons of celebration, I walked into Seans home and this is what I heard. He brought the song up almost completely finished and myself and San just stole it right from him. Its a great song. You could probably even play it reggae style and itd still be a good song.

Kris began to do a little reggae beat on the cymbal and Bob looked at him askew, lifted an eyebrow and, grinning, mouthed No! . Nice harmonies from Kris here, too.

I really like the acoustic version of this song and the way they take turns singing it. I'll never listen to it the same way. No mistake about it, I loved this song from the very beginning, and 10,000 people singing it at The Molson Amphitheatre is indelibly ingrained on my psyche, but this version is just, well,
special, different, soothing. Even Bob looks like he was feelin' it.
