Helmetheads intro was almost as funny as the song. Alan begins, This is an audience participation song about a young hockey player. Hes only 17 but has made it into the league.

Sean says as wistfully as a parent, Hes all grown up now. This hockey child has grown so much and now look at him! *sniff* I'm so proud!

More reminiscing took place and then Bob was finally able to start. He really looked totally in his element this evening. He was enjoying the crowd a lot. The crowd was enjoying him a lot too. He messed up the words to the last verse with no one bothering him and got a bemused look on his face. He grinned widely, raised his eyebrows and looked at Alan as if to say, Well, you got your wish. Alan laughed and took great delight in Bobs messing up the words.

It was this song that Jean Marie wanted very much to hear. She had briefly dated a New York Ranger and said that this song just made her giggle. She got her wish!
John Barbour got a big cheer as the crowd recognized the chords, like the last show in Philly. San has to feel good when that happens. Kriss drum part seemed a little different tonight and Alans bouzouki part a little subdued. Sans part however was right on the money and you should have heard the cheer that went up when San sang to Hell with all your land! John Barbours hair was red, not his cheeks tonight.
