| When I Am King had Alan waxing poetic about what will transpire during his reign. �When I am king, you will be able to go in and out of the country with no hassles." (He had Customs troubles the other day when the Customs official thought he said a �bazooka� was in the case instead of �bouzouki�). Alan appointed S�an host of the kingdom. S�an bowed and gave a sweeping hand gesture and Bob was appointed official Cook of Alandom to his approval. Two thumbs up from Bob and a smile. �Kris and Murray will be in charge of duties I cannot say aloud,� Alan proclaimed to laughing and eyebrow-raising from Murray and Kris. I think Kris stood up and bowed at this point. The there was a miscue from Alan and the song didn�t quite start right the first time. Bob laughed and went back and moved Kris�s mic down so he could sing. Kris looked askance at him and moved it back up. Bob just laughed. So nice to see him in play mode. Sean said something to make Alan crack up again. But we finally got the song. The audience sang almost louder than the band! It was great. Karen and Jean Marie were headbanging away to it. It was a panic! |
