My Summer in Japan

This page features the pictures of my time spent in Nippon. I was a little more interested in just getting the pictures 'up' so people could see them, hence the rather basic, crude site design.
There are very few pictures of me -in- Tokyo that I'm willing to share for a number of reasons: Heat, Humidit y, Heat, Heat, and Heat. I've tried to arrange them in the order in which they were taken, however for simplicity's sake I've had to group some pictures together.
Hakodate(May 9th - July 6th)
For a period of almost two months, I lived in Hakodate - a city located on the northern Island of Hokkaido. In this section are pictures of me, my host family, other foreign students, and friends I made along the way.
Kyoto (July 7th-July 14th/15th)
Kyoto was the one city in Japan I most wanted to see. Perhaps the most culturally rich city on the mainland, Kyoto is home to thousands of sites of historical or spiritual importance.
