Dogs - Airedales
These are my dogs, Rum pictured on top, sweet faced Molly to the left and fun, playful Buddy to the right.
They are registered Airedales. Rum is the biggest of my dogs, both in body and heart. He is always moving, the old boy doesn't know he is not a pup any more. Molly and Buddy are the newest addition to my family. Molly is still getting to know us, so sometimes she is a little shy. Buddy is so carefree. He is full of energy and is having a ball playing with everyone.
Airedales are very smart and personable dogs. When you own an Airedale you will be quite surprised at their ingenuity. Airedales are definitely thinkers. Airedales are people-oriented dogs, where their owners are is where they want to be. A trained Airedale could become your companion without compare. The Airedale's curiosity is such that they will investigate any situation until they are satisfied. Airedales do not respond well to harsh methods of training. They want to make you happy, but they have to understand what is expected of them. You must have patience when training an Airedale. Airedales are very adaptable into new environments. Airedales can be very patient with children, if both the children and the dog are taught to respect each other. Airedales are very strong willed, while being gentle and affectionate with family.
