A:Graphical ads are image or flash ads as opposed to text ads or links.

A:Yes!
Q:Does it a lot of knowledge to work here?
A:Yeah, we have to have techinal background like HTML and Javascript and business experience.
Q:What's Bugzilla?
A:Bugzilla is a place where you file bugs.
Q:What's a bug?
A:A bug is something that's not working properly.If I want someone to fix it,I put the information on Bugzilla for them to fix it.
Q:Who fixes it?
A:Whoever works on that product.If somebody sent a bug description of your website(Haley.com),you would have to fix it.
