Darkness is coming

Both internal and external

I can see it lingering,

Hiding in the corners of my room

My eyes take on a new light

The shiny look of the hunted,

The wild look of the prey

As darkness slowly drives me crazy

With darkness comes light

But the light is what I dread

I wish to make darkness last forever

So I can hide from everything else
