Personality:
John styles himself after past experiences have made him come to believe that nice guys finish last, and the ones who succeed are those who are ruthless enough and hungry enough to take what they want. Highly self-centered; believes that since he's hasn't got the respect he feels he deserves for so long, it is now everyone else's turn to pay him the respect he deserves.
Borderline believing the best way to get what he wants is through violence and intimidation. Respect is everything to him, having been denied it for so long. A bitterness and hatred; directs his anger at everyone he feels has held him down or made a fool of him.
Taunts:
'Pointing to the crowd
How Performed: John holds his right arm aloft and stretches out his index finger.
When Performed: John will typically perform this on two occasions.
The first is when the ring announcer says his name as he is being introduced. This will be maintained all the way down the aisle, until he reaches the ring.
The second is during a match, when, if he has the opponent down and hurting, he will often take time out to flash this to the crowd, typically leaning over the ropes to do so. This can often reward the opponent with extra recover time.
'King Of Hearts':
How Performed: Balling his right hand into a fist, John pounds his chest, around the area of the heart cavity, three consecutive times. On the third time he flicks his fingers into a 'Pointing to the crowd' and holds it there for a moment
When Performed: John will typically perform this taunt on two occasions.
The first is when he believes its ready to finish the opponent off and continues with his finisher.
The second is performed after he is named the winner of the match..
Ring Entrance (Standard):
The arena lights flicker and dim down and the music of John King blares through the PA. The fans can already be heard with mixes of boos and cheers as a crown flickers on and of on the screen. As the ramp and stage are lite up in red and yellow lights, the boos and cheers of the fans intensifies, John walks out onto the ramp, spreads his arms out to his sides , a determined expression lays on his face, He comes top of the ramp as he puts down his arms then raises his right arm in the with one finger points to the crowd in front of him, John then heads down the aisle, John still holding his arm aloft pointing to the crowd, lowering it only when he reaches the ring. John jumps up on the apron landing on his knees and slides under the bottom rope, then walks over to the closest turnbuckle, climbing to the second rope and begins to point to the audience, drawing a healthy round of boos and cheers in return. The red and yellow lighting cuts out and the main lights fade back up as John then drops back down and sits in the corner, as he awaits the opening bell.
