| Hailey SilvarMoone was the fourth child of Marcus SilvarMoone, III. Her father was a powerful man in the Starre Empire. At a young age, she learned how to command respect. When Hailey was nearly ten, her father died, and his influence in the Starre Empire was gone; the girl fled from her home never to return. For many years she wondered and roamed many lands, never staying long enough to learn their names. When Hailey was sixteen, she discovered a library owned by a dragon. The dragon, named Arc, was very, very old; he was also skilled in making jewelry. He gave her two silver rings which were enchanted. As soon as she put them on, she began to transform into a dragon. For several months, this dragon form of Hailey was a very different person than the true Hailey. While in her dragon form, Hailey laid nine eggs, but before they could hatch she fled from the library. Upon leaving she changed back into her human form, and learned she had obtained the ability of shape-shifting. Hailey then came to the Island Kingdom of Kaapal, where she met the king, Henry. They talked many hours into the night; Hailey stayed in Kaapal for a while, studying as an apprentice mage. She lived in the islands for only a a few months. On her eighteenth birthday, Hailey met a woman named Reina-Siho. Together they traveled to the land of Lyrunedale, and created a guild known as the Darkness Resides in Lyrunedale (DRL). The two took turns as the Guild Commander. While in Lyrunedale, Hailey gave one of the two rings from Arc to a nekojin girl named Kayakei. It was also in Lyrunedale that Hailey established her first business, a tavern named the Darkest Rose. Sometime after the establishment of DRL, Hailey made a second home on an island called Charlain. Charlain was one of three providences of the kingdom of Zanth. Hailey established her second business in Charlain, in the township of Baris'Dal. It was known as the Baris'Dal Mystic Tent. Here, Hailey would tell people there fortunes, and sell them blessed knick-nacks. It was during her period as the Commander of DRL that Hailey had a vision in Charlain. In her vision, she saw her older brother building her father's evil house once again. This was something she now swore to prevent. So, Hailey left Charlain and Lyrunedale, and set out to find her brother. But, her task was not so easy. She had to leave the physical plane where Lyrunedale, Charlain, and all else she knew existed, and travel through the Spiritual Plane. After searching for sometime, Hailey found her brother in a different plane of existence, in a land called Kodae. It seemed she was too late, for the House had already been built. Therefore, Hailey joined in a war, later known as the Guardians' War that was fought against the SilvarMoone Family. It was in this war that Hailey learned of the Silver Moon Crest. The Silver Moon Crest was one of two hundred crests, blessed by a powerful mage; some of the blessings were more of a curse though. The Crest gave was what had given the SilvarMoone Family its power and prestige, but it had also turned their hearts black and evil. Through the Guariands War, Hailey obtained the Crest from her brother, but he and the evil House of SilvarMoone still stood. After this war was over, Hailey had to stop her plans for just a little while for she had fallen in love. She now regrets ever meeting the man, save the child they had together. When the child was five, another war broke out, between the SilvarMoone Family, and a small island they owned. This war later became known in Kodae as the Maldigorian Revolution. Through this war, Hailey took over the SilvarMoone Family in Kodae, and later disbanned the House. She left in its stead, a country free to pick and choose its leaders, as well as a place free of the evil SilvarMoone name. But, the curse of the Silver Moon Crest still existed. Desperate to be rid of that curse, Hailey went through devious means to "trade" the curse of darkness for a new curse - a curse of old age. Now, finally completing her mission, Hailey returned to her own plane of existance. When she returned to Charlain, Hailey discovered the new curse was in full effect: she had aged more than 60 years in just 7 years' time. But, she didn't let this stop her. After returning to Charlain, she then returned to Lyrunedale, but not as the Commander of DRL. Instead, she joined DRL in the lower ranks. Just months after returning to her normal life, DRL became disbanned, and Hailey joined another guild in Lyrunedale, the Raging Army of Shadows (RAoS). Soon after, Hailey was promoted in RAoS to DC of the Sawbones Division. It was around this time, that Hailey began to prosper in other lands. She became a member of the Republic of Umbra Victus, and the Kingdom of Kavanagh. In Kavanagh, Hailey was given an Inn to oversee, and then promoted to Bank Mistress and the mathematician at Harper Hall, the new Kingdom School. As Hailey was being forced to become more active, she wrote her first recorded spell, a Spell for a Youthful Face. This combatted the affects of the Silver Moon Crest's curse. Most of Hailey's time was spent in Charlain. There, she had been promoted to Baroness of Baris'Dal, as well asked to be a member of King Mil of Mouvar's High Counsil. With her new responsibilities, Hailey closed both the Darkest Rose Tavern, and the Mystic Tent. As Baroness, she took it upon herself to put Baris'Dal's records in order, as well as refurbish the Town Hall. After accomplishing that, she began to work on the old Baris'Dal Manor, where she would begin to live. Despite being young in appearance, Hailey's body was still weak with age. It was because of this that she took a short trip. Before she would leave, she would resign her citizenship and her responcibilites in the lands of Umbra Victus, Lyrrunedale, and Kavanagh. By her journey's end, she had hidden the Silver Moon Crest away, in a place where its curse could not affect her. Finally, she had returned to her natural age. In Charlain, a threat of War had broken out ~ an Orc Army had gone on a rampage in a town in the Northern area of the Island. With this threat looming, Hailey hired mercenary pirates to help protect Baris'Dal, and if need be, the rest of Charlain. But soon, the pirates had disappeared from the coasts of Charlain. It was also during this time that Hailey received a preminition. And it scared her. Journeying north of Baris'Dal, Hailey was attacked by a group of stray orcs. Only a girl named Tabatha saw her. Her body badly bruised, Hailey seperated her Spirit from her body, and used Tabatha's body for sometime. This allowed Hailey's body to heal, and her Spirit to grow stronger. It would be some time before Hailey's Spirit would depart from Tabatha, and rejoin her natural body. Charlain now lay desolate, fragile from the depression of war. Hailey would take a "vacation" from the Isle, to return to Lyrunedale, as a free citizen, living in the Deharu Village for a time. Taking residence in a temporary house in the village, Hailey was eager to find something larger to reside in. And as winter was on her way, Hailey made a new home in the Lyrunedale Forest that border Deharu. In the forest, she found a large cave, which she began to change into her home. As she was renevating the cave, a new Guild came to Lyrunedale - DoL: the Demons of Light. Interested in a change of pace, Hailey joined them in the Healer's Division. As time passed, Hailey realized she was no longer happy in the Lands of Lyrunedale. Saddened, she packed a few things away and returned to her happy home in Baris'Dal on the Isle of Charlain. But, strangely the land seemed vacated. The townships desolate. Deeply saddened, she continued her journey, seeking a home in which she could once more be happy. |
