Make your Sony Mobile Phone to Ring & Vibrate at the same time

Sony's mobile is very good in quality and design! But one of the weakest design is, you can't select the phone to ring and vibrate at the same time when there is an incoming call!

I decided to make some modification to my Sony phone. I am using my J5 as an example here:

1) You need to buy a mobile phone vibrator, and it is about US$2.0 in China

2) Connect the vibrator paraellel to the "Multiactor". This is the official name from Sony, or in other name, the speaker!

3) Find a place in your phone to fix the vibrator and it must not affect other components inside the phone!

4) Once you find the place, fix the vibrator to the case with glue.

5) Put all the components back to original position

6) You can install a switch to select the vibrator on or off, because the function of the Multiactor (speaker) is used for hands-free speaker too, so you need to switch off the vibrator when you need to use the speaker function

7) If you would like to set the level of vibration of your phone, instead of using a on/off switch, you may use a "variable resistor" to control the vibration, from 0% to 100%.

Now, you can adjustment the level of vibration
