who don't know about Narkoba? when we say Narkoba, everyone think about jail, police, and anything related with narkoba. Yes, Drugs are the abbreviation of narcotics and drugs / hazardous materials . In addition to " drugs " , another term that was introduced in particular by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is a drug which is an abbreviation of narcotics, psychotropic and addictive substances.
Many Kind of Drugs, which are narcotics, psychotropic and addictive substances. Narcotics are substances or drugs derived from plants or no plants , either synthetic or semi- synthetic that can cause degradation or alteration of consciousness , loss of pain and can lead to dependence ( Act No. . 35 of 2009 ) . Narcotics are classified into three categories as set out in annex 1 of the law . Which includes the type of narcotics are : Papaver plants , raw opium , opium cooking ( opium , opium dust , Jicingko ) , drug opium , morphine , cocaine , ekgonina , cannabis plants and cannabis resin . Salts and derivatives of morphine and cocaine , as well as mixtures and preparations containing such material above .
Psychotropic substances or drugs are either natural or synthetic
non- narcotic , which is efficacious psychoactive through selective
effect on the central nervous system that causes changes in mental
activity and behavior ( Law No. . 5/1997 ) .
There are four classes of psychotropic substances under the law ,
but after the enactment of Law no.
35 of 2009 on narcotics , psychotropic the class I and class II put
in narcotics .
Thus today when talking only about the issue of psychotropic
psychotropic group III and IV according to the Law No. .
5/1997 .
Psychotropic substances which include , among others :
Sedatin ( Pill BK ) , Rohypnol , Magadon , Valium , Mandrax ,
Amfetamine , Fensiklidin , Metakualon , Metifenidat , Phenobarbital
, flunitrazepam , Ecstasy , Shabu - shabu , LSD ( Lycergic Syntetic
diethylamide ) and so on .
Addictive other hazardous materials are natural materials , semi-
synthetic or synthetic that can be used as a substitute for morphine
or cocaine that can interfere with the central nervous system , such
as :
Alcohol -containing ethyl ethanol , inhalen / sniffing ( solvent )
in the form of organic matter ( carbon ) which produce effects
similar to those produced by alcoholic beverages or drugs
Anaesthetic if the scent is inhaled .
Example : glue / adhesive , acetone , ether and so on .
