| Equipment that should be prepared: sport shoes and sport-wear.
Sticks and ball available. |

Basic Indoor Rules:
- Six player each team including goal keeper.
- Playing time 2 x 15 minutes with 5 minutes break.
- No hit, no tap, only push. Flick is permitted to shot at goal.
- No raised ball, except to shot at goal.
- Raised ball is dangerous if it direct to the player in 3 metres.
- 3 metres distance to all player near circle.
- No offside.
