So how can you manage your stress?

  1. Laugh it off!

  3. Roll with it!
  4. Roll your feet over a rolling pin for 5 minutes to relieve tension.

    It also triggers endorphins, happines-inducing brain chemicals.

  6. Incorporate regular exercise into your daily routine.

    Pituitary gland releases endorphins, easing anxiety.

  7. Eat it up!
  8. Eat leafy green vegetables, almonds and low fat cottage cheese.

    Rich in vitamins E and many Bs, magnesium and zinc.

  9. Breathe it out!
  10. Breathe deeply. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

    This can help give your body enough oxygen and helps slow heart rate.
