Expert of distribution management in Control and Inspection Organization (in Ministration of Commerce) which started in 1997 september 28th (almost over 3 years). 18 months of this experience is part-time (120 hour in month).
Expert of investment in Transportation of Organization (Ministration of Transportation). This organization have invested in road section so much. The kinds of terminal for transport goods and passenger rest area for transit driver are small sample. this investments need maintenance and control . some time must sell or lease them.Even our organization give loan to build or develop them.

1- Abstract of project in masters of  degree:
The Relationship between accounting returns and stock market returns (in security exchange market of Tehran)
This project examines the relationship between stock market returns and accounting returns in a Iranian context .The sample consists of monthly data 50 Iranian companies from 1370 to 1374 (solar system) .A Granger causality test is a applied to the two return series for each of the sample companies .The tests replicate a recent UK study by OHanlon (1991) and a Australian study by David E. Allen ?Paul Kwang-pore lim ? and Gary MacDonald (1995).However?This study guards against "look-ahead bias" by taking a stock price for the calculation of the stock return series which is three months subsequent to the annual report date .This is because there is usually a three month lag between the date of the report and its actual release .The stock market return series are adjusted for all capitalization changes. Before running the Granger tests we attempted to identify the order of integration of the data by carrying out Dickey -Fuller and augmented Dickey-Fuller tests. Given their results we felt justified in running the granger causality tests?though further tests using differenced series were undertaken ? the results were similar and are not reported in the project. The Granger causality tests involve running regressions in a restricted and unrestricted form .The former includes only lagged values of the variable in question while the letter includes lagged values from the other return series. Two sets of regression tests were run to see whether accounting returns lead stock returns or vice versa. The results suggest that there is not stronger evidence that accounting returns lead stock returns rather than the reverse. However ? when the probability values obtained from the two sets of regressions were subjected to a Mann - Whitney U test we can reject the two null hypotheses that neither series leads the other .we suspect that the reason for this is that we have adjusted for "look-ahead bias" .This problem show inefficient market.
