12/01/00 - Vince McMahon's WWF has been gobbling up many smaller wrestling promotions, and has effectively put an end to the territory system of old.  In his path is the Video Game Wrestling Alliance.  McMahon eventually works out a cross-promotional deal with the VGWA.  After refusing to sign a contract, J.C. Superstar is stripped of his Hungarian Title status.  The Hungarian Title is unified with the WWF Championship and is granted Intergalactic status by the governing board of universal pro wrestling, creating the Unified WWF/Hungarian Intergalactic Championship of the World.  A new day in professional video game wrestling is born...

It should be noted, that in Febuary of 2000, J.C. Superstar did indeed sign a new
contract to wrestle for the Video Game Wrestling Alliance.  He went on to win the Unified WWE/Hungarian Intergalactic Championship of the World, ligitimizing the title in the eyes of many fans and critics who considered J.C. Superstar the true Hungarian Champion.
