William C. LaLonde jr. is one of the VGWA's "founding fathers", having been involved with the promotion since it's inception.  Though it took him several years to capture the Hungarian Title, he went on to hold it, in it's varied incarnations, many times throughout the years. 

"The Kingpin" has been aligned with several factions throughout the years - he was recruited by Queen B into The Hive, a bee themed group of rulebreakers.  LaLonde eventually rose to power as the team's leader, often referring to himself as the "Kingbee".  He also went on to form the Hardcore Strikeforce, along with friends including Skullduggery, Rusty Nailz and Marty Janetty. LaLonde has also maintained close relationships with his mentor, "Big Dutht" Billy Rhodth and his father, also a pro wrestler, Blackjack LaLonde.
