1) Alastaire Marvel & The Science Fist took on "Kingpin" Billy LaLonde & The Manimal in a battle of the new blood vs. the old guard which turned out to be a Match of the Year candidate! 

The battle went back and forth, and could've gone either way but ultimately ended with The Kingpin and Science Fist battling outside, with LaLonde making it back in the ring before the bell rang, counting out The Science Fist and granting the victory to KBL & Manimal @ 16:51...  but a clear-cut victor was not decided.  (all proceeds from this match went to Hurricane Katrina victims)

2) "Rookie Sensation" Terry Menard took on "The Future of Pro Wrestling" The Scissorwolf!  Manimal attempted to interfere on behalf of Scissorwolf but was kept at bay by Corncobbucus... in the end, Scissorwolf got the victory and declared a new beginning for himself - "No longer will I be kept down by the politics of the VGWA!  I AM the future of pro wrestling!  You have been warned!"

3) Frogman Itchihara entered the ring.  He reminded everyone that before he left for Japan, he defeated "The Polish Prince" Chad Derdowski, and he demanded a shot at Derdowski's Undisputed Hungarian Commonwealth People's Heavyweight Championship of the World.  Derdowski accepted under one condition - if Itchihara lost, he must leave town!

The match was brutal!  Terry Menard came out to the ring and attacked Itchihara while the referee was knocked out, but Billy LaLonde rushed to the ring to settle the score.  In the end, the Polish Prince got the pinfall @ 12:41 and retained his title!  Itchihara must leave town!

4) Sacriphisto put a whuppin' on Ianukka Wapanaya, defeating him @ 5:26.

5) Bronson Thunderhammer defended his Globally Recognized Championship against Ulysses Fullerton in a ladder match!  Thunderhammer scraped by with a victory @ 14:19.

6) "Kentucky" Jon Derby vs. Monte Altazzar vs. Hunter Vargas in a 3-Way Mr. Ass Pants & Music Match!  The losers must not only wear Mr. Ass Pants and enter the ring with the accompanying music for 30 days, but must also team up to compete in the Tag Title Tournament...

It was another Match of the Year Candidate which saw Monte Altazzar once again burn Jon Derby by breathing fire in his face and then allow Hunter Vargas to get the pinfall, thus forcing Derby to team with his hated rival, Monte Altazzar!  Is there no depth to which Monte will not lower himself?!?!
