The Video Game Wrestling Alliance put on another exciting show on February 17... here's how it went down:

1) Ianukka Wapanaya took on Kangaroo Black.  The match see-sawed back and forth when suddenly Hungarian Champion Chad Derdowski burst forth from the backstage area to attack Ianukka Wapanaya!  Despite his interference, Wapanaya still managed to pin K. Black @ 3:43.  Derdowski then grabbed a nearby microphone and issued a challenge to "Kingpin" Billy LaLonde!  Legend vs. Legend for the title - tonight!

2) The Science Fist took on the returning Frogman Itchihara in a battle of martial artists.  Sci-Fi took home the victory via pinfall @ 3:57.

3) A brief ceremony was held honoring the 2006 Wrestler of the Year as voted by the fans, "Kentucky" Jon Derby.  He was presented with a large trophy.  Also in attendance were runners-up, Monte Altazzar and Hunter Vargas, who were presented with respectable plaques.  Altazzar was livid - he claimed that he was, in fact, the best wrestler of 2006 and began to berate the others.  This angered Hunter Vargas, who felt that he should have received the honor... naturally, this led to the trophy being smashed to pieces and a brawl.

4) Terry Menard teamed up with his bodyguard Corncobbucus to take on Sacriphisto (revealed as the mysterious masked man who attacked the Polish Prince last week) and his manager, Professor Zoom.  The hot tag-team action ended with Menard getting a pinfall over Sacriphisto.

5) Globally Recognized Champion Bronson Thunderhammer took on Ulysses Fullerton & Hunter Vargas in a three-way dance for the title.  It was a match of the year nominee!  Thunderhammer took home the victory by making Vargas tap out to his Torture Rack.  After the match, Fullerton struck Thunderhammer with a chair and demanded a one-on-one matchup!

6) Alastaire Marvel defeated The Scissorwolf via pinfall @ 4:47.

7) Undisputed Hungarian Commonwealth People's Heavyweight Champion of the World "Polish Prince" Chad Derdowski defeated "Kingpin" Billy LaLonde via pinfall @ 3:39 to retain the title.

8) A four-man elimination match was held featuring "Kentucky" Jon Derby, Pappy, "Millionaire" Matt Welz and Monte Altazzar.

- Welz pinned Pappy first

- Jon Derby gave Monte a taste of his own medicine by burning him with a fireball!  This led to Welz scoring the pinfall on a humiliated Altazzar!

- After several grueling minutes, Derby managed to get the pinfall on Welz to secure the victory!
