The festivities continue with Heatstroke IV, the latest in a weekend long series of pay-per-views.

1) Terry Menard won a 40-man battle royal

2) Hungarian Champion "Polish Prince" Chad Derdowski pinned "Widowmaker" Mike Todd in 2:26

3) Pappy finally got his shot at the Globally Recognized Title.  Hunter Vargas took three Pappy-stunners outside the ring, but still managed to snag a victory from the jaws of defeat, winning with a Vietnamese neckbreaker @ 11:10

4) "Kentucky" Jon Derby took on Monte Altazzar in a grudge match.  Derby beat Altazzar with his own move, the MonteBomb, @ 8:27

... after the event, Monte was seen in the locker room, curled into the fetal position, crying.  And wouldn't you?  He lost his title, his woman, and his dignity!  Monte is a man accustomed to winning, and during Heatstroke Weekend, he's been dealt nothing but defeat.
