| Vietnamese Battle Royale - 4 or more wrestlers compete in an elimination match with a championship at stake. The title changes hands each time the champion is pinned. For example, lets say there are four wrestlers in a match (A,B,C,D - with A being the champion) If A is pinned by C, then C becomes the new champion. If C is pinned by D, then D becomes the champion, and so on and so forth. Typically, these types of matches are reserved for very special occasions. | |||||||||||||||
| Beijing Sudden Death Match - A lumberjack match, with a 10 minute time limit. The loser must retire from competition for one month, and if there is no winner at the end of the time limit, both men must retire. This match was introduced to the VGWA by "The New Master" Chad Fuji, when he was feuding with "The Master" Bill Fuji. | |||||||||||||||
| Texas Tornado Match - A tag team matchup where all four men are in the ring at once. Tagging in or out is not necessary. | |||||||||||||||
| BattleBowl - The BattleBowl is an annual event which takes place every April. 16 wrestlers compete to become the BattleBowl Champion. The Champion is given $100,000, a jewel encrusted ring and a commemorative plate featuring their likeness. It also increases the winners' likelyhood of obtaining a title match. The rules are as follows: Eight tag teams are created by randomly drawing wrestlers' names out of the Official BattleBowl hat. These teams face off, and the winners go on to BattleBowl:Phase Two -The Match Beyond. In BattleBowl: Phase Two - The Match Beyond, the wrestlers' names are once again randomly drawn out of a hat to determine the competitors in two separate 4-man elimination matches. The winners of those two matches then advance to BattleBowl: Stage Three - The Finals. BattleBowl: Stage Three - The Finals consists of a one-on-one matchup between the two final competitors. The winner is the BattleBowl Champion. |

| 3 Stages of Hell - Three matches, held back-to-back-to-back. Each match is fought under a different set of rules, usually of the hardcore variety, with each match becoming more and more vicious. Often, if a title is on the line, it will be up for grabs in each match. | |||||||||||||||
| The Bowl Clause - A clause in the contract of all VGWA Champions which states that any challenger, regardless of where he is ranked, may demand a title shot if he produces the necessary means to "enlighten" the champ's evening. Also known as the Weed Clause, the Gonja Stipulation and the Herbal Contract. | |||||||||||||||
| First Blood Match - A match in which blood must be drawn to determine a winner and loser. Whomever bleeds first loses. | |||||||||||||||
| Mr. Ass Pants & Music Match - the loser of this match must wear the Mr. Ass Pants & kneepads and enter the ring to the Mr. Ass theme song for 30 days after the loss. | |||||||||||||||
| Monday Night Baked - a special event held on a semi-regular basis (always on Monday night) in which pay-per-view quality matches are given away for free on live television! Always a treat for the fans. | |||||||||||||||
| Shaolin Bowery Brawl - A four-man match in which victory may be only be obtained when all other competitors have been rendered unconscious. | |||||||||||||||
