1. To unite fraternally for charitable, educational and fraternal investing, and to establish and maintain active chapters throughout the United States & the World.

2. To foster the improvements of the financial, educational and vocational status of women worldwide, with special emphasis on co-supporting underprivileged women.

3. To assist said women through broadening their creative, financial & educational objectives by encouragement, dissemination of information and financial assistance, and to promote the beneficial use of acquired investment education and/or training to the best interest of the resulting global women�s distribution network community.

4. To create a better understanding between women of all races and creeds; promoting higher education through encouragement and financial aid; and to promote cultural enrichment by serving mankind via au natural products & services made and/or marketed by Women FOR Women resulting in a global network focused on ABUNDANCE in all aspects of the word, financially and morally via a global �AVE MARIA!� Movement focused on ABUNDANCE for All Women.

The International Social Investment Society (ISIS) is being formed to attract businesswomen and professional women from all fields to support & promote Women investing in each other, each other�s products and services, and in long and short term real estate and venture capital ISIS, LLC partnerships. Chapters are envisioned to be located throughout the U.S. initially, and eventually the World.

On the Women.International group networking level �club dues are $15 per month,� and shall be invested in the Headquarters� administrative duties and for the creation of resulting national and international Women.International Chapters.

�International Social Investment Society (ISIS) Circle Investment Club� levels are as follows: Ruby - �Club dues are $108 per month, which includes the above $15 plus an $88 investment, $44 of which shall be invested in a business opportunity for under-privileged women, and $44 of which shall be invested via stock participation; Emerald � same with $1008; Diamond - $10,008 into an ISIS, LLC Investment.

ISIS, LLC Investments shall be discussed at group meetings and shall include, but not be limited to, the purchase of residential and commercial real estate as well as Venture Capital investments into member startups, franchises, and other such member supported business opportunities in the resulting partnerships into our AVE! Certificated Co-Branded Products & Services.

In addition, Phantom stock and/or Incentive Stock Options shall be used to reward �in-kind� professional fees and services performed by ISIS Club members, and depending on the circumstances, for other members� organizations that the club invests in, as pre-approved in writing prior to such in-kind services being rendered.

For Profit investments shall be designed to enhance the quality of life FOR Women and the Return on Investment (ROI) of ISIS, LLC Investments, such ROI shall be awarded and distributed to Chapter Members after a five year vesting period in conjunction with the recruitment of ten (10) Women.International Club Members.

The most satisfying and rewarding outcome of our Society shall be the social interaction of its members via the organization of monthly, quarterly & yearly local & international ISIS Member networking meetings, �ABUNDANCE� Conferences, and annual ISIS, LLC Shareholder Meetings, respectively.

Such events shall be designed with programs that promote the continual quest for financial investing, knowledge, product creativity, manufacturing excellence, and unsurpassed quality and technical expertise that epitomizes and globalizes the Society's Highest Vision of Women FOR Women!

Each Chapter shall be challenged to achieve their worthwhile goals through association with our International Social Investment Society (ISIS).

As the funds grow, ISIS shall support International and National charities that are serving humanity and whose objectives are paralleled to our aims. Chapter Members, with 501 (c) (3) Charities of their choice, shall also be encouraged to contribute a percent of their time and expertise to help via FOL Fundraising.

Chapter members, in addition to the opportunity to invest, are also given first priority for resulting Chapter Member�s jobs and services, such as hiring, joint ventures, business opportunities, and their ongoing Charter to collectively co-create, offer, distribute and purchase existing & resulting au natural products & services internationally and in their areas of the world via a network of Chapter Centers.

ISIS is non-political and non-sectarian. However, we encourage our Members to participate in political actions of their choosing, and welcome Members of religious beliefs with a general recognition of the power of united self-expression of Women as a part of our mission of ABUNDANCE: Highest Vision of Women FOR Women!
