It has been brought to my attention at at least two more health advisors have been asked about their union sympathies. I must stress to my fellow co-workers that it is against federal law for management or supervisors to questions employees about union activity. It doesn't matter if you signed an authorization card or not, you can still be cornered by HHT henchmen. The authorization card allows you to be more protected than just standing alone. Don't let management intimidate or trample on your right to organize. HHT has made it clear that they will work within the law to resist organizing, but their promises have again fallen short.
