The Love That Was Given
You opend you arms to give
me your heart,
I turned my head this was
not a good start.
You told me you loved me
you told my you cared
I looked in your eyes and
saw the fear that you beared
I took it for granted the
love that you gave
How could you love me, that
hate i had saved
I gave you trouble, I put
you though hell
You opened you arms and
did not yell
You gave me you love you
gave me an education
I came to look at you with
deep admiration
Now you are gone your wating
in heaven
I am here on earth holding
the love that was given

The Icecream Cone
My moma told me if i'd be
good,
She would make me some gingerbread
My moma told me if id answer
the phone,
She'ed buy me a chocolete
icecreame cone.
So i did the thing she said,
And she made me some gingerbread.
Then i went out all by my
self,
And bought a chocolete icecream
cone.
As i was walking I stubed
my toe,
And droped my chocolete
icecream cone.
A little bitty puppy came
walking by,
And took a great big lick.
I hit that poor old pup,
With just a little stick,
Then he bit me.
Where i sat down,
And he chased me all over
town
Now i am lost.
Can't find my home
And its all because of that
chocolete icecream cone.
