| GIRLS TEAM WHITE: This is our "beginner" level. Each gymnast on TEAM WHITE will be working on Level 1 and Level 2 USAG skills. They will be introduced to the four Olympic events as well as trampoline, strength and flexibility. We have classes for 5-7 year olds as well as 8 and over. A TEAM WHITE leotard can be purchased in our pro shop |
| GIRLS TEAM RED: This is our "intermediate" level. Each gymnast on TEAM RED will be working on Level 2 and Level 3 USAG skills. | GIRLS TEAM BLUE/RED HOTS: This is our "pre-team" level. This is an invite only class. Each gymnast on TEAM BLUE will be working on Level 3 and Level 4 USAG skills. They will work skills necessary to compete as a USAG Level 4 gymnast as well as strength and flexibility.
