Welcome to training! You can train here once a day on each event, and the more you train, the better your scores get. I am always available for routine design/change help if you aren't sure bout something, my email addy is on the right.
So, to start training email me your gymnast name, and a brief training report. You train on Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Conditioning, and Stretching. You may now send one email for all the events as part of our new training procedure! |
