Peoples of Middle-Earth in the Third Age of the Sun

Beijabar

The Beornings of Rhovanion

These tall dark Northmen take their common name, Beornings, from the first chieftan to unite them in their constant war against the Orcs of the Misty Mountains. With the Woodmen of Rhovanion, they managed to keep the mountain passes mostly free from goblins and wargs.

The Beijabar keep alive the ancient Cult of the Bear, and in rare cases, Beijabar of great lineage can learn to take on the skin of the bear.

Attributes:

Taliska
A Northman language, and so distantly related to Kuduk and Rohirric, Taliska is the speech the Beijabar use amongst themselves. When talking to others, they generally use Westron.
