| The Truth About WitchCraft Today by Scott Cunninham This is a great little book to read to get a general idea of what WitchCraft is and is not. Also it is a good book to lend to friends or family who don't understand your spiritual path. |

| To Ride a Silver Broomstick by Silver Ravenwolf Focuses on aspects most important to the beginner, an introduction to the Craft that is easy to follow. Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practicioner by Scott Cunningham Explains the very basics of Sabbats, ceremonies, rituals, alters and other aspects of Wicca and is geared towards the solitary Witch. Drawing Down The Moon by Margot Adler An "encyclopedia" of information about the rebirth of Pagan religions. Explains the the different 'denominations' of Paganism. Very interesting and informative, a 'must' for anyone new to Wicca or Paganism in general. Spiral Dance by Starhawk This is also a 'must' for any Witch's bookshelf! It has everything one would expect in a book for the somewhat advanced beginner and then some with its focus on creative ritual and a personal relationship with the Lord and Lady. |
