Though it's been a lot of fun--no more chasing the plaque for us. All 4-years of being couple of the yearm we've met some very nice couples that will always be our friends. You enjoy yourself doing the only job in GWRRA that is all fun and no work. We will miss it dearly but it is time for us to step down and let someone else take our place. We will always remember our years as couple of the yea; it is really something you can never forget. Kerney and I sincerely hope someone will step up this coming year and fill the spot. You can do as much or as little as you want as a couple. Please don't think you have to do what Kerney and I did. YOU DON'T. Do what you want to do, go as much or as little as you want ro or can but it does look better for the chapter if you fill all you empty seats. Please help C2 and take couple of the year. We would like to thank everyone for your support in our 4-years of being COUPLE OF THE YEAR.

GWRRA members who wish for their names to be included in the 2008 Gold Book should check the current book to see if correct information is listed for them. If not, they can contact Member Services through email www.gwrra.org/members or telephone 1-800-843-9460 by November 2, 2007 to make changes or additions for the 2008 issue of the book. We encourage our members to be as helpful as possible when another motorcyclist needs assistance, and there is no better way than to be listed in the Gold Book showing all of the services which you might contribute.
Gold Book Updates�It�s time to remind the Members to update their information in the Gold Book for next year. Any Member who does not have a code or phone number listed in our system will not be in the Gold Book for 2008.
As a refresher, here are the codes and what they stand for:
A. You have a Truck or Trailer to help a Member who has broken down
B. You will accept phone calls from Members who need help or just have questions
C. You have tent space for a Member to stay
D. You have a spare room for Members
E. You have tools available to assist a Member
F. You are willing to be a tour guide for Members passing through
Members can verify the services they currently have, or update their options, by calling customer service or online at www.gwrra.org/members. Make sure that they double- check their phone number as well.
For those Members who have two different homes, they will be listed in the city they are living in, in November, unless they specifically ask us to list the other city.
All updates must be done by November 2, 2007.
