Fall is in the air (well maybe a little) and it is going to be a busy November and December. We have much to do and it definitely involves all chapter members. More of this later in the newsletter
What a great Wings Over the Smokies! We had great weather and a good time working though we all had to work the whole 5 hours and put up with a few showers. How many times did we move those tables?
Our new District Directors are Dennis and Kathy Hull are not new to staff work and we know they will do an excellent job. We wish you well!
Congratulations to our new Assistant Directors East Dean and Terry Lanning from Chapter Q in Wilmington. If Chapter C-2 can help you with anything please call on us.
Now to Willie and Judy Hunt: What can we say but �WOW�? What a great job you did and speaking for Joyce and me, it was a pleasure to work with you. Take some much needed time and when you�re rested, come visit us at C-2.
Last but not least our own R.J., Jan, Jim, and Judy: We are so proud to have you in C-2 and we thank you for all your hard work and still managed to take part in most of our rides and projects. We may not let you rest for long so take advantage now. Thanks for all you did and we really appreciate all your hard work.
In November, Jimmy Beasley says most of our rides will be on Saturday since it gets dark so early when the time changes. Our rides will be in this newsletter, so mark your calendar. December 1 is our ride to O�Berry. Please put this on your calendar, it is always worthwhile and I guarantee you will come away feeling better. Our Christmas Party is December 14 at Rainbow Lanes. Cost is $10 per person (to be returned when you attend) Jan McLamb will take your money. We�ve been asked to ride in a couple of Christmas Parades. They�ll be more on dates for this later.
Don�t forget our Chili Cook-off in February. As you are out shopping, look for good buys for door prizes. We gave away nice door prizes last year and we would like to do the same this year.
Our next meeting will be November 6 at Parkside Caf� in Pine Level. We eat at 6:30 and meet at 7:30. Come join us for some good food and a good time. Don�t forget door prizes
