- Heero: Year of the Dog -
Heero's Zodiac was WAY hard to figure out! Since he's been trained to be a Perfect Soldier ever since anyone can remember, his personality is a little screwed up. However, through watching his actions and breif moments of human conscienceness, I have determined that Heero is a Dog. Heero's Zodiac, the Dog, is as follows: Personality: Essentially, dogs are honest and noble creatures. They are renowned for being champions of justice and have a tendency to see things in black and white. Dogs are respected for their lively minds and quick tongues, which they use for defense of their chosen cause. Yet dogs are cynics as well as idealists, which produces characters with high moral standards, but they are beset by doubts and anxieties. Characteristics
Secret Dog: Despite their courageousness and determination to do good, dogs need to be led ( you have to give Heero the orders before he can do anything...). Left on their own, they can become confused and anxious. Afterall, there are so mmany deserving causes and not enough time to help everyone. Once they have been given a instuctions or help, they can move mountains to carry our a task. Element:Dog is linked to the ancient chinese element of metal. This is a very strong element. It can be seen positively as a valuable resource, such as gold, or negatively as a weapon, such as a sword. The energy of metal expresses itself in dogs as their strong-minded, idealistic traits. Metal people are usually ambitious; dogs, however, are not personally ambitious. Instead, hey are more concerned with the advancement of the downtrodden.(The colonies, perhaps?) Good Friends for Dog The listed friends show the compatibility of dog with other animals. There is no fixed ruling, however, because there are other influences on both the dog and any potential friend. These influences are: the inner companion in life, and the dominant element.(The listed friends for dog are all based on the other zodiacs of the pilots... don't ask if you don't know why. Also, the "+'s" are supposed to mean FRIEND, however, this book does not specify if the listed are just good friends or good friends...) Horse and Dog (2+1): This is a case of opposites that attract. Horses appreciate dog's loyal and generous nature and their ability to see things as they really are. In turn, dogs take great pleasure in the company of lively horses and will ignore their waywardness. Rabbit and Dog (3+1): Loyal dog gets along well with rabbit and the two can have a happy relationship as long as they do not take each other for granted. Ox and Dog (4+1): Imaginative dog will no bt happy with staid ox. Dog is likely to criticize ox for lacking a sense of humor. If they can learn to respect each other, however, they can get along as both are loyal and faithful. Dragon and Dog (5+1): Intellectual but cynical dog will deflate dragon's self-confidenc. Dogs are able to see through dragon's image for the mirage it is, so they are unable to admire dragon. *This section is very shakey, as no one really knows how this stuff works as far as the pilots are concerned. Therefore, nothing is underlined to show association with the Dog sign and Heero. Dog and Sex: Although dogs are sensual and passionate people, the value compnionship and trust above physical intimacy. A dog cannot live without tenderness and perfers long relationships to brief flings. Nonetheless, dogs are anxious for approval and will try to please their lover. They are faithful by nature and know how to resist temptation. A dog will be destroyed by the infidelity of a lover, yet they can poison a relationship with unfounded suspicions. Compassionate and idealistic, dogs are easily seduced by vulnerable people who need rescuing (eh heh...). The Dog Years and Their Elements The dog is a yang metal animal. Each of the dog years, however, is associated with an element which is said to have its own influence. These elements are wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Heero is a Metal-Metal dog: Dogs born in metal years are in their natural element. In China, metal dog years are approached warily as they can either be very good or very bad, but never mediocre. In the same way, metal dogs themselves are capable of extreme behavior. Dogs are already idealistic, and double metal multiplies this tendency two-fold. Metal dogs are therefore principled to the point of inflexibility. This can make metal dogs towers of strength, but their inability to compromise may be their downfall. |
