Andrew and Josiah dissect a computer older than they are. A Compaq 486/66 from the early '90's, it might have been used to write Josiah's birth announcement and baby party invites. It was likely still around when Andrew was born. Starting in DOS and Windows 3.1, it was picked up as surplus from work and converted to Windows 95. Its doom was sealed by the purchase of our first digital camera, and its replacement (Dell Dimension 800 from 2000) is still in use. Wonder what a 5.25" floppy drive is worth?
