Bit of an old photo from back in June.  Andrew is wearing a shirt from his coach-pitch team.  He was a bit apprehensive when Gilbert told him he was going to ride across the Columbia River on the "Blue Bridge" (US 395) but it wasn't so scary as long as you didn't look down.  When we got to the bike path on the Pasco side, Gilbert asked Andrew whether he was ready to come back.  Andrew pointed to the "Cable Bridge" (WA 397) a couple of miles to the east, so we rode along the river, crossed the other bridge and headed back on the Kennewick side.
