Homer Clock V1.3 by John Frattura.

Keep all the files together in the
same directory or else the sounds won't work. It doesn't matter what
the name of the directory is, as long as the files are all together.

The clock can be moved by holding the left mouse button in and
dragging. Right clicking on the clock brings up a dialog box with the
sound preferences. All the sounds are checked (turned on) by default.
Unchecking a sound turns it off. Checking it again turns it back on.
Also included is an "On Top" feature to prevent the clock from being
buried behind other windows on the desktop. To close the clock, choose
"Exit Homer" from the dialog box, or choose "Close" from the popup menu
on the taskbar.

Note: If you change your computers time while the Homer Clock is
running, the "doh" sound or the burping sounds on the hour might not work
properly. Simply restart the Homer Clock and all will be fine again.

Future features might include: More sounds, alarms, the time
displayed in the taskbar, and possibly more animations (there is
a brief animation on the hour).
