| This third Qubeley, created for Elpe Puru's evil clone, is identical to the Qubelely Mark II used by the original Puru. The mobile suit's one distinctive feature is that it can be remote-controlled by Puru Two, using a special psycommu headset. This remote control is still a gimmick of limited usefulness, however, and for genuine combat it's necessary for Puru Two to operate the Qubeley from its cockpit. Puru Two's Qubelely Mark II is first seen on November 22 of UC 0088, during a miner's revolt at the resource asteroid Cicero. Soon thereafter, Neo Zeon officer Gremmi Toto dispatches Puru Two to assassinate Haman Khan, the first overt sign of Gremmi's rebellion against Neo Zeon's leader. The attempt fails, and while escaping from the Core 3 space colony, Puru Two and her Qubelely are caught in the blast from the Near Argama's hyper mega particle cannon. Puru Two ejects just in time, but her Qubebely isn't so lucky. |
