| The Qubeley Mark II is essentially a duplicate of Haman Khan's personal mobile suit, created specially for young newtype Elpe Puru. Aside from minor changes to its beam sabers and funnel container, the Mark II is pretty much identical to the original Qubeley. Created primarily to test the abilities of its ten-year-old pilot, the Qubeley Mark II is first sighted in the vicinity of Axis on April 12, UC 0088. After clashing a few times with the Argama's pilots, Elpe Puru ends up defecting to the AEUG. However, her Qubelely is damaged in the process. Puru doesn't take the battered mobile suit into battle again until a fatal sortie in the aftermath of a Neo Zeon colony drop, on October 31 of that year. |
