Common Issue for Focus
Accreditation. We picked this issue because it was concrete enough that we thought we might actually be able to find some good information and answers to our individual questions. We looked at the issue of accreditation from the perspective of workplace acceptance and how proper accreditation can help eliminate some of the problems. We learned that there are two types of accrediting bodies: regional and specialized, the two don't always play well together, and that the accreditation process and policies need to be revisited to embrace new methods of delivery.
