Through the years

From Mac Os to Windows XP.

This picture was one of my firsts and best created entirely on a computer. It was created on Mac Os. One Christmas it was printed on canvas paper from Windows 98 for presents and now its on Windows XP.

My hobby and occupation is creating art on a computer, from art created entirely on a computer, drawing things then scanning them in or using a variety of pictures to create things. Before I even started school, I could draw, paint and craft quite well. I took all the art programs that I could in high school. That was when everything was done by hand. As an adult, I discovered computer-generated art.

Through Mac System 6, 7, 8, 9, Windows 3.1, 95, 2000, and now Windows XP, I've created some real nice pieces and some interesting things.
I don't claim to be a great computer whiz except for creating art with programs such as PhotoShop, Quark, Illustrator and a bunch of other computer art programs.

I then became interested in creating web pages. I use web creation programs that come with computer software packages. On XP, I just use Microsoft Word .It has FrontPage as part of its program then I learned Macromedia Dreamweaver.

This is my first creation on Windows XP, started on Windows 95, from clipart with a program called Windows Draw. I’m still learning XP, relearning things the easier way. The "Help" for any program is still my constant companion.

(Hate to break it to the Mac users I know, but XP rocks, that may be until I try Mac Os X.) .

More creations…

Another one of my first digital creations.

All of the art I have created started on a Mac and some has been tweaked as it went through different operating systems. For a while, I had to transfer work to my Window 95 system for printing. I still depend on my 68k Mac for creating the best artwork but the XP system has the printer. (Anybody out there to leave me a Mac Os X system?) J

The icon for my Mac hard drive, inspired by the poeple I work with.
