Materials:
a peice of paper with your problem written on it
a symbol of each element(earth, air, water, fire)
and something you can burn the paper in if possible
Cast a circle in your usual way. Face the west(or whatever direction you prefer to start in, hold the paper in the water, and say:
"Powers of water, help me to wash away my problem of ___."
Turn to face north. Cover the paper with the soil/salt and say:
"Powers of earth, help me to bury my problem of ___."
Face east. Hold the paper in the incense smoke and say:
"Powers of air, help me blow away ,my problem of ___."
Face south. Burn the paper and say:
"Powers of fire, help me to burn away my problem of ___."
Sit for a minute and picture your problem resolving. Strongly say:
"I can fix my problems. I will find solutions. Nothing can hold me back or prevent me from solving them. So mote it be."
