| .a few facts about myself: I entered the world on August 30, 1974. I was born in the Philippines to a mother with filipino/ chinese descent and a father with filipino/spanish descent. Packed our bags and moved to Canada at the age of 7 months.... lived in winnipeg for the first 5 years of my life, and then moved to Calgary, Alberta. I graduated 1998 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (art) at the University of Calgary (specializing in photography). I am a single mother with a one year old son named Liam, he is part Irish-Canadian, and the most beautiful boy in the world. Currently, I am working on getting my MCSE 2000...don't ask... it will be my source of income for travelling, a camera to end all cameras, Spain, Istanbul, a mini trumpet, guitar, and piano for Liam, an endless supply of Mac lipstick and Jugo Juice. The purpose of my website is to somehow honour the artists, whether they be painters, musicians, playwrights, writers, etc. - that have touched me deeply in my life. It is also a place to pay homage to the people that inspire me day to day. I hope you enjoy visiting my site and hopefully the little information I have on each artist will trigger some interest for you to learn more about them. |
