| Event 7- Hide & Seek | ||||||
| An old favourite. Hide and Seek is a game involving both PKs and NPKs. The game begins by each player receiving some sticky labels saying "Spotted!" on them. Players then disperse around the AM guild to hide. When you see a player, you must stick the label to them. This is to make sure that players are actually found and to discourage cheating. Points are scored by being the last player to be found in two categories. Students and Graduates. There is also a bonus score for the player that finds the most participants. Start Location: The trophy room of the Ankh-Morpork Assassins Guild. When labels have been given out, participants may disperse around the guild. All players must stay within guild grounds. Any player to accidentaly leave the grounds must return at once. Players deliberately leaving the guild and staying out will receive a penalty. This can result between that player being disqualified, to the entire team being disqualified, to the team receiving a points deduction. When the game begins, they can either remain in hiding, or look around the guild for other hiders. Sneaking and searching is permitted. Rules: *This is a non-lethal event. NPK assassins can take part, and killing a member of another team for an advantage will result in a penalty. * Each player will receive five labels each to begin with. If you need more, I will be in the trophy room woth more ready. * The trophy room, is exempt from the game. Players may not stick labels to anyone while in that room. Hiding outside the room waiting for a player is unsportsmanlike and it kills the spirit and fun of the game. Please don't do it. * Rooms that are unaccessable to all players are out of bounds. This includes house dormatories, offices of house masters and the guild master. * If you successfully manage to stick a label to someone, announce it on the talker. * Players found are immediately eliminated from the game, and must exit the playing area by either leaving the guild grounds or returning to the trophy room. * Teams will be numbered to keep it fair. If there are a large number of players from all guilds i will run seperate rounds to try and let everyone play. Scoring: Five points awarded to the guild of the PK that remains hiding the longest. Five points awarded to the guild of the NPK that remains hiding the longest Three points awarded to the player (PK or NPK) that finds the most players. Requirements: A Talker will be required. Make sure you know which player is from which guild. Eliminating your own team mate would be a bit silly. |
